This February, reclaim your capacity for rest & self-care (it might be somewhere dormant inside of you, and we’re going to find it).
When life feels urgent (news bites, deadlines, conflict), you might notice that your instinct is to rush or hide (or both, ha) in order to avoid the discomfort. You might try do it all—to stretch yourself even further—as fast as you can, or you might find yourself declining invitations, cancelling on your friends, and shutting out the world. Those are all very understandable, human impulses. It makes sense.
What you might have forgotten is that even a little bit of yoga & meditation reminds us to slow down and be here for yourself. Even a few moments of janushirsasana, virabadrasana, and trikonasana can change your whole day. Even one small pause for breathwork resets your entire nervous system. I'm constantly astounded by what even 10 minutes of yoga can do. (Sometimes I have daydreams about offering 10-min yoga classes first thing in the morning, just to prove what a difference 10 minutes can make).
With Lunar New Year, Tu B'Shevat, Family Day, Ramadan, Valentine's, and Groundhog day, we'll have so many excuses to celebrate, show our gratitude, and reflect.
I'm ready for you. I've got my arms open wide, tea is steeping, and my props are all laid out. I'm ready to welcome you into February and warm up your bones. It's time to register!

I’m just keeping my head above water right now. Thank you for offering an option for those of us who need it. I’m racialized, or going through a rough time, or a frontline healthcare worker, or I’m on EI. I really need these healing classes to lift me up right now.

I have so many missed classes from last session, so I’ll be making up those missed classes as well.
$40 for the whole month
My financial situation has changed a lot recently, and I find this to be a stressful time. I really need this refreshing yoga routine for my mental & physical health. Thank you, Zoe, for creating this supportive & smiling community to brighten my whole month.

I’m able to afford classes, but I’ll only be able to attend about 2 classes this whole month, so this option feels right for me.
$70 for the month

Right now, I feel very lucky that I’m able to pay almost the same rate that I used to pay for 3 classes/week, pre-pandemic. And thank you, Zoe, for allowing us to attend as many classes as we wish per week during the pandemic. That’s unlimited classes for the price of three! I love knowing that my payment will help cover the cost of frontline healthcare workers and yogis who are racialized, unemployed, or going through a challenging time right now.
