Small Group Private (max 5 people)

Who: 1-5 people. A couple, or one-on-one, whole family, neighbours. Maximum of 5 people.

What: Prioritize yourself. Choose personalised classes that suit your health, energy, and physical abilities.

How: Choose either virtual or in-person. Practise in the privacy of your living room, den, kitchen, basement, or your back deck. Or come practise with me, near the Trainyards area.

Why: Your particular story of joints, muscles, fatigue, stress levels, habits, posture, injuries, and expectations are unique to you. I love designing a private yoga class customised to your own remarkable life.

Investment: flat rate for up to 5 people:

One-time drop-in:                     $120 per class.
Pre-reg 5-class:      $5500 ($110 per class).
Pre-reg 10-class:    $1000 ($100 per class).
Pre-reg 15-class:    $1350 ($90 per class).
Pre-reg 20-class:    $1600 ($80 per class).

Big Group Private (min 6 people)

Who: Unlimited friends, colleagues, neighbours, or family members. Minimum of 6 people registered.

What:  Savour a refreshing, well-balanced, multi-level class that is curated just for your group, taking into account your group members' concerns (back pain, anxiety, injuries, etc).

When: Your group agrees on the time.

Where: You choose either virtual or in-person.

Why: This option is by far the most fun. You move with your own gang of yoga buddies who support, laugh, and learn alongside you. Your relationships evolve, as we dig into this practise together.

Investment per person (min 6 ppl):
Single class:                   $20 per person.
Pre-register 5 classes:   $90 ($18 per class).
Pre-register 10 classes:  $170 ($17 per class).
Pre-register 15 classes:  $240 ($16 per class).
Pre-register 20 classes:  $300 ($15 per class).

Who: You and me and a group of amazing humans!
What:  Delicious, feel-good, accessible yoga all month long. My secret superpower is that I can modify every pose to fit various injuries, aches/pains, osteoporosis, prenatal, pelvic floor issues, etc. I’ve got your back!
When: See schedule when you click the button below. There are morning classes, mid-day classes, and evening classes.
Where: Some classes are virtual, others are in-person.
Cost: You’lll see a sliding scale.
