We did it. We’re already at the month of lions & lambs. Little snowdrops and crocuses will soon peek through the snow. Hal Borland wrote, “March is a tomboy with tousled hair, a mischievous smile, mud on her shoes and a laugh in her voice.” So let’s do the same. We’ll kick off our shoes with a big grin, get down on the ground and laugh together. Let’s open up our bronchial tissues, optimize our cognitive skills, safely tone our core, and regulate our nervous system. We do this so that we have the vitality, focus, and endurance to be helpful in this imperfect world.
With Paralympics, Zero Discrimination Day, Holi, International Women’s Day, Eid al-Fitr, Spring Equinox, International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, Purim, and Ramadan, here’s an entire month of hope. Depending on where you’re situated in the world, you might look out the window to see icy snowbanks. Fear not. This is all part of March’s ruse. It’s all part of March’s sneaky plan to surprise you one day—just when you’re least expecting it—with a warm melty spring afternoon. Boom. Out of the blue (or, er, out of the white & steel grey). “In March, winter is holding back and spring is pulling forward. Something holds and something pulls inside of us too,” according to Jean Hersey. What is holding and pulling inside of you? Which habits, choices, routines, relationships? We’re all growing, all the time.

This is your “flexi-pass”! From the sliding scale below, select the rate that reflects your financial situation, how often you’ll attend this month. Once you’ve registered, you can mix’n’match any classes on the schedule. Yup, any classes that suit your calendar.
$40 for the whole month
My financial situation has changed a lot during the pandemic, and I find this to be a stressful time. I really need this refreshing yoga routine for my mental & physical health. Thank you, Zoe, for creating this supportive & smiling community to brighten my whole month.
Or…
I have so many missed classes from last session, so I’ll be making up those missed classes as well.
Or…
I’m able to afford pre-pandemic rates, but I’ll only be able to attend 2 or 3 classes this whole month, so this option feels right for me.
$70 for the month
I’ll only be able to attend about once per week, on average.
Or…
Even if I’m able to attend several classes per week, my financial situation is challenging right now. I have a bunch of missed classes to make up. This rate feels right for me for this month.
$140 for the month
Right now, my financial situation remains the same as before the pandemic, so I feel very lucky that I’m able to pay almost the same rate that I used to pay for 2 classes/week, pre-pandemic. And thank you, Zoe, for allowing us to attend as many classes as we wish per week during the pandemic, for almost the same rate that I used to pay for only 2 classes/week. That’s unlimited classes for the price of two!
$200 for the month
Right now, my financial situation remains the same as before the pandemic, so I feel very lucky that I’m able to pay almost the same rate that I used to pay for 3 classes/week, pre-pandemic. And thank you, Zoe, for allowing us to attend as many classes as we wish per week during the pandemic, for almost the same rate that I used to pay for only 3 classes/week. That’s unlimited classes for the price of three! I love knowing that my payment will help cover the cost of frontline healthcare workers and yogis who are racialized or going through a challenging time right now.
