November is more than wet, dark leaves plastered to your windshield. November is also Daylight Savings, National Aboriginal Veterans Day, Rememberance Day, and one of our favourite days: Diwali/Deepavali! Since some of Atticus’ birthfamily celebrate Diwali, our family does too.

Hibernating is good, but still make space for self-care, surprises, loads of laughter, and physical movement. Experiment with making your own warming tea with cardamom and pepper. Pop your own popcorn, and sprinkle it with cinnamon & brown sugar. Use your core muscles when you rake and garden. Smell the silty black earth underneath you. As much as you process the horrors in the news, you equally need to reassure your nervous system with methodical stretches, refreshing movement, and expansive breathwork. I've got your back this November.

Choose to move your body. Your glorious, kinetic, living body.

Let’s move our limbs in all directions, open up our bronchial tissues, tone our core, and move our digestion along. We'll optimize our cognitive skills, strengthen our bone density, and reassure our nervous system during our magical Mornings.

From the sliding scale below, choose the rate that best reflects your situation, your makeup classes, and how often you might attend this month. You don’t have to commit to any particular days; you can Mix’n’Match as needed.

$20 for the whole month

I’m just keeping my head above water right now. Thank you for offering an option for those of us who need it. I’m racialized, or going through a rough time, or a frontline healthcare worker, or I’m on EI. I really need these healing classes to lift me up right now.

Or…

I have so many missed classes from last session, so I’ll be making up those missed classes as well.

$40 for the whole month

My financial situation has changed a lot recently, and I find this to be a stressful time. I really need this refreshing yoga routine for my mental & physical health. Thank you, Zoe, for creating this supportive & smiling community to brighten my whole month.

Or…

I’m able to afford classes, but I’ll only be able to attend about 2 classes this whole month, so this option feels right for me.

$70 for the month

I’ll only be able to attend about once per week, on average.

Or…

Even if I’m able to attend several classes per week, my financial situation is challenging right now. I have a bunch of missed classes to make up. This rate feels right for me for this month.

$140 for the month

Right now, I feel very lucky that I’m able to pay for 2 classes/week. And thank you, Zoe, for allowing us to attend as many classes as we wish per week at this rate. That’s unlimited classes for the price of two!

$200 for the month

Right now, I feel very lucky that I’m able to pay almost the same rate that I used to pay for 3 classes/week, pre-pandemic. And thank you, Zoe, for allowing us to attend as many classes as we wish per week during the pandemic. That’s unlimited classes for the price of three! I love knowing that my payment will help cover the cost of frontline healthcare workers and yogis who are racialized, unemployed, or going through a challenging time right now.
