Yoga (home)School: Spring 2026
Welcome, families!
CONTENT:
Bring your kiddos and learn together about your muscles, breath, nervous system, mindfulness, proprioception, interoception, and more. These classes are geared towards the kids, but still feel great for grown-ups. Since it’s a private group, make requests to learn more about related topics to round out your own “curriculum.”
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mats, shared picnic blanket, or just a towel for each.
Blankets (shade, bugs, warmth), or big scarves, muslin blankets are easier to transport.
If you’re concerned that your kiddo won’t participate, try bringing their stuffy so that they can make the stuffy do the poses :)
I’ll bring some yoga/anatomy colouring sheets & crayons for if/when some kids have had enough.

WHEN/WHERE:
Join us for Six (6) Wednesdays, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, at Grasshopper Hill Park in Alta Vista (dates below).
MISSED CLASSES:
If you miss some classes, then you can make up those missed classes in different ways:
Attend Monday Hybrid Night class from 7:45-8:45 pm at 414 Pleasant Park Rd, in-person or virtually. (In-person is adult only. Virtually can be any age).
Attend Morning Yoga class from 8-9 am, virtually only, for any age.
Or invite another family to come try out a class to use up your missed class. Just invite them to come with you one week (or without you when you’re away). Either way, it works!

REGISTER:
6 weeks x $30/family = $180/family for Spring Session.
